George Zimmerman made a controversial 911 call and told the dispatcher that some guy looked suspicious in the neighborhood. Zimmerman was supposedly the neighborhood watch captain. It is widely known that Zimmerman pursued Martin even after he had been told not to. Zimmerman’s story doesn’t sound credible at all, but judge for yourself.
There is eyewitness video of a neighbor stating that Zimmerman did not shoot in self defense. It is popular consensus that Zimmerman shot and murdered seventeen-year-old Martin at will, without a clear defense.

It’s hard to believe Zimmerman’s story that the young kid was causing trouble when you can hear his dying screams on the footage. Zimmerman looks to be bigger in size than Martin and he is twenty eight years old.
Martin was on a cell phone with a 16-year-old girl right up until he was attacked by Zimmerman. The girl says she believes that Martin was pushed by someone, because the cell phone was knocked out of his hands just prior to the shooting.
What has caused public uproar is the fact that Zimmerman has not been jailed, and many people believe that Zimmerman killed the unarmed teenager in cold blood. There have been rallies and petitions demanding justice.
