The website sometimes gets disconnected and it won’t come back — even after you hit the refresh button. Then you will renew the IP address. Here’s how to do it.

Renew The IP Address

1. Click on the start menu on lower left side of desktop.
2. Then click run.
3. Then type the letters cmd.
4. Click enter.
5. Type ipconfig (space) /release
6. Click enter.
7. Then type ipconfig (space) /renew
8. Click enter.

If this fails to work then go to next step.

Next Step/First Step
1. Type ipconfig (space) /flushdns
2. Click enter.

Here’s the application. A website has changed the web host service and there are web cache problems. The problem should resolve itself eventually.

Until then, users will have to renew the IP address to get back to the disconnected web page. This is annoying but necessary.
