The plat du jour here today is going to be Dog on a Stone Plate. The leg is the best part because it doesn’t have any fat on it. All you do is cook it and leave the skin on it. Just add red and green peppers, along with other ingredients.

It’s called Herba Agastaches. Agastaches is used interchangably with Herba Pogostemonis, also known in Chinese as Huo Xiang.

It’s supposed to be good for food poisoning also.
