The Therapeutic State: Making A Killing And The Untold Story Of Psychotropic Drugs
Psychiatrists want you to think that you are a sick person. You are bipolar, and most of the people you know are bipolar. We’re all bipolar for that matter. Would you believe that over 100 million people worldwide are on psychiatric drugs. Why? Because this has become a goldmine for pharmaceutical companies, and they are literally making a killing.
Psychotropic drugs. It’s the story of big money-drugs that fuels a multi-billion dollar psychiatric industry, without a single cure. Good health doesn’t make money but disease does.
The psychiatrists themselves say that there are “no true methods” and it’s all “trial and error” when it comes to diagnosing medications. “It’s a much more complex subject.”
Just ask Detroit mother Maryanne Godboldo what she thinks about psychiatric drugs, and how local officials nearly ruined her life. The medical community had mandated that her daughter take harmful drugs without her consent. Fortunately, this story had a happy ending. Many do not.
It’s a very common misconception that “Big Pharma” companies test these miracle pills years in advance, before distributing them to the public. Many tests on new drugs are only six to eight weeks long, believe it or not. The big corporations aren’t going to come out and tell you this.
And if this dark information wasn’t enough to make you delirious, the FDA has strong ties to Big Pharma. The “experimental stage” is for the public. The study is determined by what happens after you take the drug, and not before then. You are the experiment.
The use of experimental drugs being tested on children is rampant. “Children are our future” because a billion dollars worth of grant money is donated to companies, those willing to test new drugs on them. Families are not aware of the side effects, which can often prove to be fatal.
The top ten psychotropic drugs gross more than $26.5 billion annually. It’s all about money. Phony surveys will prove you have a disorder of some kind. They’re all non-biased of course.
Drug companies have become seas of industries, which are building offices right next to universities, and even donating heavily to these institutions. Money peddles influence in places that it shouldn’t. Money is power.
Ghostwriting is a tool of deceit used by companies to establish authority. A professor or specialist will add their name to an article to give validity, many times not even reading it. The payoff is several thousand dollars. The free journals that contain these articles are distributed to doctors all over the country. Drugs are a cash cow.
It is said that every five minutes there is a new ad and a new drug somewhere. “Ask your doctor” about the symptoms and the side effects. While you’re at it, research who it is that’s getting naked with all doctors.
The “standard of care” is The Therapeutic State: Psychiatry in the Mirror of Current Events.
